Wat Bunyawad

Wat Bunyawad is a small local temple in the town of Mae Sot, nestled in between the two highways which cut through the city. The only building open to us was the sala, in which a bunch of novices were watching Burmese TV shows. As with many other temples in this district, it was difficult for us to communicate with the monks as nobody spoke Thai language.
